Bilingual Spanish Member Coordinator

Job Summary

Fluent in both Spanish and English, the remote Bilingual Spanish Member Coordinator will engage with members by making outbound calls to promote and schedule free in-home and virtual health evaluations, utilizing scripts and an auto-dialer while achieving performance metrics in a results-driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Make an average of 50 outbound calls per hour to explain and schedule healthcare evaluations
• Utilize pre-approved scripts to ensure consistent communication and effectively engage members
• Overcome objections and present the value of services to help members prioritize their health

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Fluent in Spanish (read, write, and conversation)
• Desire to work in a results-driven outbound call center environment
• Strong sales aptitude with a focus on earning monthly incentives
• Previous experience in high-volume call centers and with auto-dialers is highly desirable
