Job Summary
Providing essential support to care managers, the full-time Bilingual Spanish Support Specialist will assist with non-clinical tasks, conduct member outreach, and manage documentation remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct outreach for newly enrolled members to review services and address requests
- Initiate and finalize authorizations for preapproved services and durable medical equipment
- Manage a large caseload while effectively communicating member needs and issues
Required qualifications
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Experience in a customer service environment

- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
