Job Summary

As a remote Bilingual Strategic Services Consultant, the full-time role will manage high-impact Premier Success engagements, drive social media strategy for enterprise customers, and lead software implementations while communicating fluently in both English and Spanish.

Key responsibilities

• Lead ongoing strategic consulting engagements to enhance customers' social media strategies and operations
• Execute tailored Premier Success deliverables, including performance reports and strategy workshops, to optimize brand performance
• Guide customers through software implementation projects, ensuring successful onboarding and platform configuration

Required qualifications

• Bilingual with professional fluency in English and Spanish (verbal and written)
• 4+ years of experience in social media strategy, professional services, or SaaS consulting
• Proven experience in developing custom consulting deliverables and strategic reporting frameworks
• Deep understanding of software implementation processes and change management
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple customer engagements simultaneously
