Job Summary

Focused on supporting recruitment efforts across the Western Hemisphere, the full-time Bilingual Talent Acquisition Partner will manage the full-cycle recruitment process, collaborating with hiring managers and HR teams to identify and attract top talent while ensuring a positive candidate experience in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the recruitment process by developing strategies, conducting intake sessions, and managing candidate sourcing and evaluation
• Utilize various sourcing methods to identify potential candidates and maintain a talent pool for future hiring needs
• Facilitate interview processes and provide feedback, ensuring timely communication with candidates throughout their recruitment journey

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a human resources generalist role or as an in-house recruiter
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Workday, or other large-scale ATS preferred
• Certification in sourcing, diversity recruiting, or behavioral-based interviewing is preferred
• Experience working within a corporate full-cycle recruitment team is preferred
