Job Summary

To drive talent acquisition strategies for complex roles in AI and Advanced Research, the full-time remote Bilingual Lead Talent Acquisition Partner will collaborate with senior leaders to attract specialized researchers and engineers, while managing sourcing, negotiations, and candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Map the market to track talent trends in AI, Machine Learning, Robotics, and Advanced Research
• Design and implement recruitment strategies for high-visibility roles while building a strong pipeline of specialized candidates
• Advise senior leaders on hiring needs, talent strategy, and compensation, while leading and mentoring other recruiters

Required qualifications

• Bilingual in French and English (written and spoken)
• Extensive recruiting experience, particularly in sourcing and hiring specialized technical talent
• Demonstrated experience in recruiting engineers and PhD-level talent in AI, software, or robotics
• Hands-on experience with recruiting technology and analytics tools, including ATS systems
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and negotiate offers effectively
