Bilingual Telephone Agent

Job Summary

Assisting both English and Spanish-speaking callers, the part-time Bilingual Telephone Agent will handle incoming calls, gather information, take messages, and provide customer support for various businesses in a fully remote setting.

Key responsibilities:

• Answer calls for healthcare providers, law firms, and other businesses while following specific client instructions
• Gather information and take messages to ensure effective communication for clients
• Provide excellent customer service with patience and empathy, addressing caller needs efficiently

Required qualifications:

• Fluency in both Spanish and English with good grammar and spelling
• Typing speed of 35+ words per minute
• Previous experience in customer service over the phone is preferred
• High school diploma or high-performing high school students are encouraged to apply
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as required by the schedule
