Bilingual Tobacco Cessation Coach
Job Summary
To support a nationally recognized Tobacco Cessation Program, the full-time Bilingual Tobacco Cessation Coach will provide remote coaching and counseling to individuals seeking to quit tobacco, utilizing evidence-based strategies to facilitate behavior change and maintain participant engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provides telephone and digital coaching using motivational interviewing techniques to support participants in quitting tobacco
- Completes intake assessments and documents participant interactions in compliance with program guidelines and HIPAA standards
- Builds rapport and maintains supportive communication to encourage ongoing participation and success
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Psychology, Social Work, or a related Human Services field
- A minimum of two years of experience as a health coach preferred
- Fluency in English and Spanish preferred
