Bilingual Verification Specialist

Job Summary

Working remotely, the part-time Bilingual Verification Specialist will manage inbound and outbound calls to verify loan information, ensure data accuracy, and assist customers and dealers in resolving verification issues.

Key responsibilities:

• Verify customer loan information and document details accurately during calls
• Identify and report potential verification issues while assisting customers and dealers
• Maintain thorough knowledge of company policies and procedures related to the verification process

Required qualifications:

• Two years of call center or customer service experience
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and email
• Strong typing skills
• Ability to work one evening shift until 9 PM and one Saturday shift every 7 weeks
• Professional phone presence and excellent verbal and written communication skills
