Bilingual Vietnamese Account Executive
Job Summary
To support the growth of Toast's presence in Vietnamese Cuisine restaurants, the full-time remote Bilingual Vietnamese Account Executive will manage inbound demand, conduct product demonstrations, and build relationships with restaurateurs in the Pacific Northwest.
Key responsibilities
- Following up on marketing qualified leads and conducting discovery calls in Vietnamese
- Creating and reviewing quotes and contracts while ensuring successful onboarding for new clients
- Understanding the competitive landscape to effectively position Toast's offerings
Required qualifications
- Fluency in both oral and written English and Vietnamese
- Prior sales experience is preferred
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- An entrepreneurial and feedback-driven mindset
