Bilingual Vietnamese Account Executive
Job Summary
To support the growth of Toast's presence in Vietnamese Cuisine restaurants, the full-time remote Bilingual Vietnamese Account Executive will manage inbound demand, conduct product demonstrations, and build relationships with restaurateurs while communicating in both Vietnamese and English.
Key responsibilities
- Following up on marketing qualified leads within the assigned territory
- Conducting discovery calls and product demonstrations in the customer's preferred language
- Creating and reviewing quotes and contracts to ensure a smooth onboarding process for customers
Required qualifications
- Fluency in both oral and written English and Vietnamese
- Prior sales experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Entrepreneurial and feedback-driven mindset
