Bilingual Vietnamese Account Executive

Job Summary

To support the growth of Vietnamese Cuisine restaurants, the remote Bilingual Vietnamese Account Executive will manage inbound demand, conduct sales calls and demos in Vietnamese, and build relationships with restaurateurs in the Pacific Northwest region.

Key responsibilities

• Follow up on marketing qualified leads and conduct discovery calls in the customer's preferred language
• Create and review quotes and contracts, ensuring successful onboarding post-sale
• Understand the competitive landscape to effectively position Toast's offerings

Required qualifications

• Fluency in both oral and written English and Vietnamese
• Prior sales experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a feedback-driven approach
