Job Summary

Coordinating the scheduling of HVI procedure center suites, the full-time Biller Scheduler - Illinois will manage data entry, billing, and schedule verification while working remotely during standard daytime hours.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinates scheduling of procedure labs, bedside procedures, and biopsies with providers and ancillary services
• Monitors, verifies, and confirms case schedules, ensuring accurate billing for supplies used during procedures
• Identifies potential issues with cases, adjusting schedules and communicating changes to relevant parties

Required qualifications

• Experience in healthcare scheduling and billing
• Proficiency in EPIC and inventory management systems
• Ability to manage administrative tasks for medical directors
• Strong organizational skills for coordinating multiple schedules
• Familiarity with prior authorization processes and insurance communication
