Billing Analyst
Job Summary
To support the financial performance of the organization, the remote Billing Analyst will manage accurate client billing, execute timely invoice issuance according to contractual requirements, and analyze revenue activities.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze billing details and issue accurate client invoices
- Review invoices for accuracy and communicate with clients and other departments to resolve issues
- Maintain updated records of accounts receivable and prepare reports while meeting billing deadlines
Required qualifications
- Associate's degree in accounting or finance preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Billing Analyst or in a similar role
- Experience with reading custom client contracts
- Proficiency in Excel, including Pivot Tables and Vlookup
- Experience with PeopleSoft, Oracle, NetSuite, or Salesforce is a plus
