Billing Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting the accurate and timely application of rebate payments, the remote Billing Analyst will manage end-to-end rebate application and reconciliation for an assigned Manufacturer portfolio while collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and drive process improvements.
Key responsibilities
- Interpreting remits and billing logic to ensure accurate payment reconciliation
- Applying critical thinking to resolve variances and meet accuracy and timeliness metrics
- Identifying inefficiencies in processes and supporting ad hoc initiatives
Required qualifications
- Experience in complex financial or rebate/payment operations
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite, particularly Excel
- SQL and SharePoint experience preferred
