Billing Analyst

Job Summary

Ensuring accurate and timely premium billing for group insurance policies, the full-time remote Billing Analyst will process and reconcile billing transactions, resolve discrepancies, and collaborate with internal and external partners to enhance billing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and reconcile premium billing transactions, including adjustments and delinquent accounts
• Prepare, review, and audit group invoices for accuracy and timely delivery
• Research and resolve billing discrepancies while collaborating with internal teams and customers

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of accounting or complex financial experience
• 3+ years of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare, insurance, or financial services
• Experience with billing, premium processing, or reconciliation
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
