Billing Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the Order-to-Cash lifecycle, the full-time remote Billing Analyst will manage contract updates, credits posting, and customer changes while ensuring accurate billing and compliance with policies and controls.

Key responsibilities

• Process contract updates, credits, and customer changes with accuracy and timeliness
• Perform level 2 review of billing requests, validating accuracy and compliance before execution
• Identify inefficiencies in workflows and propose improvements related to billing processes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance preferred, or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of experience in billing, order-to-cash, or finance operations
• Strong analytical skills for data validation and financial impact assessment
• Hands-on experience with ERP and/or CRM systems for transaction validation
• Experience with controlled billing processes and audit requirements
