Job Summary
Working remotely on a full-time basis, the PHS Billing Analyst I will manage premium billing transactions, resolve discrepancies, and collaborate with partners to ensure accurate and timely billing for group insurance policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and reconcile premium billing transactions, including adjustments and delinquent accounts
- Prepare, review, and audit group invoices for accuracy and timely delivery
- Research and resolve billing discrepancies in partnership with internal teams and customers
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of accounting or complex financial experience
- 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare, insurance, or financial services
- Experience with billing, premium processing, or related financial operations
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
