Billing and Collections Consultant

Job Summary

Providing hands-on support for billing and collections, the full-time Billing and Collections Consultant will ensure accurate homeowner account billing, manage payment applications, and execute collection processes while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Verify and validate recurring assessment billings and late fee charges
• Reconcile homeowner account balances and resolve discrepancies
• Prepare and issue delinquency notices and payment plans as needed

Required Qualifications

• Experience in billing and collections processes
• Familiarity with state statutes and governing documents related to community associations
• Ability to track and report key metrics related to collections
• Proficiency in data integrity and confidentiality standards
• Willingness to participate in training sessions and team meetings
