Billing and Collections Director

Job Summary

Leading billing and collections efforts for all retained offices, the full-time remote Billing and Collections Director will manage accounts receivable, ensure billing compliance, and collaborate with various departments to enhance revenue cycle workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee billing and follow-up activities for insurance and self-pay accounts receivable
• Drive operational excellence and achieve Professional Billing A/R goals while optimizing financial performance
• Partner with clinics and operational leaders to improve revenue cycle workflows and ensure regulatory compliance

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or Public Administration, or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of experience in accounts receivable management
• 8 years of leadership experience
• 5 years of experience in medical revenue cycle management
• 3 years of significant executive-level relationship management experience
