Billing and Scheduling Associate

Job Summary

To support a neurology practice, the full-time remote Billing and Scheduling Associate will obtain insurance information, schedule patient appointments, and provide financial assistance counseling over the phone.

Key responsibilities:

• Obtain insurance information and counsel patients on financial assistance options
• Schedule and register patients, ensuring accurate collection of demographics and insurance details
• Communicate with physicians and clinical staff to manage urgent and referred patient scheduling requests

Required qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent certification
• Three years of relevant work experience
• No specific certification or professional license required
