Billing Implementation Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing customer base, the full-time remote Billing Implementation Manager will drive the end-to-end implementation of the Billing product, ensuring accurate configurations and workflows while serving as the product expert for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the end-to-end implementation of August's Billing product, guiding customers from initial discovery through go-live and stabilization
• Own the accuracy and quality of each Billing implementation by configuring the product and establishing strong workflows for long-term success
• Manage multiple complex Billing implementations simultaneously while providing strategic feedback to improve the implementation experience

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in Customer Success or Implementation
• Strong financial literacy with experience in billing, accounting, or revenue cycle management
• Experience in healthcare or senior living operations is a plus
• A customer-obsessed mindset with a track record of achieving meaningful outcomes for clients
• Ability to operate with both process and ambiguity, adapting approaches as needed
