Billing Manager, Revenue Cycle Management

Job Summary

Leading a dedicated Billing team, the full-time salaried Billing Manager, Revenue Cycle Management will oversee daily operations, ensuring accurate claims processing, payment posting, and team development in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of five Billing Specialists, managing workloads and performance
• Oversee daily billing operations, including claim submission, denial resolution, and accounts receivable follow-up
• Analyze performance metrics to drive improvements in productivity, accuracy, and compliance with billing standards

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in medical billing or healthcare revenue cycle management, preferably in ABA autism services or pediatric therapy
• 2+ years of supervisory experience with a proven ability to manage and develop team members
• Strong knowledge of commercial insurance and Medicaid billing processes
• Excellent organizational skills with experience managing high-volume work and deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
