Billing Operations Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the Billing Operations Analyst will ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices and billing adjustments while providing exceptional customer service to stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Process customer invoices in accordance with contractual billing requirements
• Review and validate timesheets, expenses, and supporting documentation prior to invoicing
• Research and resolve billing inquiries from customers, vendors, and internal teams

Required qualifications

• High School diploma/GED or equivalent required; additional education preferred
• 3+ years of billing, accounts receivable, or financial operations experience
• Experience in researching and resolving billing discrepancies
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel
• Experience working with VMS platforms, ERP systems, or billing software preferred
