Billing Operations Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Billing Operations Analyst will manage data analytics, billing accuracy, and process optimization for the company's wholesale billing operations, ensuring compliance and reliability in invoicing and account receivables.

Key responsibilities:

• Analyze billing and operational data to identify trends and discrepancies, building dashboards and performance metrics for leadership
• Audit invoices for accuracy and track SLA performance, maintaining detailed documentation and preparing ad hoc reports
• Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance billing accuracy and efficiency, recommending workflow enhancements and assisting with system audits

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience required
• 1-4 years of experience in medical billing, accounts receivables, or healthcare financial operations
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and billing/ERP systems
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify patterns in large datasets
• Strong communication and customer service skills for handling client inquiries
