Job Summary
Supporting the firm's month-end close and billing metrics reporting, the full-time remote Billing Operations Analyst will manage billing data integrity, develop new reports in collaboration with the Financial Systems team, and recommend process improvements across billing systems.
Key responsibilities
- Own key components of the month-end close for billing operations, including report validation and distribution
- Develop and maintain monthly reports on billing performance and flag trends for management review
- Coordinate the rollout of new reports, including end-user training and post-launch support
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in billing operations, revenue accounting, or a related finance function
- Experience with Aderant, BillBlast, InTapp, and Prebill Viewer
- Strong Excel skills and expertise in Smartsheet creation
- Working knowledge of billing and WIP concepts, including prebills and WIP aging
