Job Summary

As a full-time Billing Representative II, the candidate will analyze and resolve claims issues while working remotely, ensuring a quality experience that impacts patients' financial well-being.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and apply denials to third-party carriers while complying with departmental rules and procedures
• Utilize automation tools to verify eligibility and claim status, and create worklists to analyze trends for claims resolution
• Communicate with members and providers to evaluate claims errors and ensure accurate data capture for processing

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience
• Demonstrated ability using computer applications, including Outlook and Excel
• Strong keyboard and navigation skills with the ability to learn new software
• Must have a dedicated work area that ensures information privacy
• Ability to maintain the security of sensitive company documents
