Billing Research Processor

Job Summary

To support revenue cycle operations, the full-time Billing Research Processor will manage account maintenance, process adjustments and denials, and resolve payment issues while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Process account maintenance tasks, including updating registrations and charge corrections
• Research and resolve payment issues, documenting actions taken on accounts
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of payer requirements and communicate any changes or trends

Required qualifications

• High School Degree or Equivalent
• 1 year of relevant work experience
• Proficiency in electronic medical record and billing systems
• Ability to meet departmental production goals and quality standards
