Billing Support Analyst

Job Summary

Managing accident-related accounts from intake to resolution, the full-time Billing Support Analyst will coordinate no-fault and liability benefits, maximize reimbursement for hospital clients, and handle a high volume of calls in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Take full ownership of caseloads and ensure each account is followed through to resolution
• Communicate professionally and effectively with patients, adjusters, and attorneys
• Maintain accurate account records in AcciClaim and monitor insurance portals and correspondence

Required qualifications

• At least one year of experience in a professional office environment
• Experience in health insurance, auto insurance, or medical billing is preferred
• Knowledge of coordination of benefits or subrogation is a plus
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn AcciClaim and SharePoint
• Must reside in the United States within specified states
