Billing Technical Analyst

Job Summary

To ensure timely and accurate customer billing, the full-time remote Billing Technical Analyst will assist with the design, testing, and implementation of billing processes, analyze transactions for compliance, and perform user acceptance testing for system releases.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with the design, testing, and implementation of billing processes to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Perform user acceptance testing of billing functionality and document results to track outcomes
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies while collaborating with other departments to maintain billing accuracy

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent
• 1 to 3 years of accounting or business analytics work experience
• Proficient with SQL and strong analytical skills
• Understanding of billing workflows and experience with proprietary billing systems
• Advanced skills in Excel and Word, including Power Query and complex functions
