BIM Application Specialist
Job Summary
Supporting the Property & Buildings team in a hybrid work environment, the full-time BIM Application Specialist will manage and coordinate CAD and BIM deliverables for multidisciplinary tenant improvement and building projects while leveraging strong AutoCAD production skills.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain AutoCAD project drawings and documentation for tenant improvement and building projects
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering and design teams to support CAD production and drawing management
- Assist with project setup, file organization, and ensure adherence to drafting standards and best practices
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma required
- Minimum 3 years of professional AutoCAD experience supporting engineering, architectural, or building design projects
- Proficiency in producing and modifying construction documents and technical drawings in AutoCAD
- Familiarity with Bluebeam Revu and basic proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications
- Interest in learning and expanding skills in Revit and digital delivery technologies
