BIM Coordinator for Restaurants

Job Summary

To support a growing portfolio of restaurant projects, the full-time BIM Coordinator for Restaurants will serve as a liaison between design teams and discipline leads, implement design technology processes, and perform coordination tasks to ensure model integrity and adherence to project standards, with the flexibility to work remotely or from office locations.

Key responsibilities

• Clarifying project standards and expectations between design teams and discipline leads
• Implementing design technology processes and ensuring adherence to standards, guidelines, and protocols
• Conducting model audits, troubleshooting, and managing BIM Collaborate Pro file management

Required qualifications

• A Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or specialized BIM certifications
• Experience in BIM modeling, drafting, and coordination, with a working knowledge of Revit
• Good understanding of construction methods and BIM processes
• Familiarity with Autodesk BIM Collaborate Pro is an asset
• CANBIM certification and security clearance with relevant authorities may be required
