BIM Designer

Job Summary

To support innovative data center solutions, the contract BIM Designer will remotely set up and manage Revit BIM models, translate design intent into deliverables, and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams in the construction industry.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and manage Revit BIM models to create coordinated 3D models and 2D construction drawings
• Translate design intent from senior electrical staff into constructable deliverables according to BIM standards
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project leads to coordinate 3D models across all design disciplines

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required, with at least 3 years of Electrical Revit and electrical systems design experience
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and Bluebeam, with a solid understanding of relevant codes and standards
• Demonstrated ability to estimate project hours and collaborate effectively, preferably in data center environments
