BIM Designer

Job Summary

To support innovative data center solutions, the contract BIM Designer will set up and manage Revit BIM models, collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, and translate design intent into constructable deliverables while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and manage Revit BIM models to develop clash-free 3D models and 2D construction drawings
• Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and project leads in the data center market
• Coordinate 3D models across all design disciplines, including electrical and mechanical systems

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with at least 3 years of Electrical Revit and electrical systems design experience
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and Bluebeam
• Solid understanding of codes, standards, and wiring/cabling connections
• Experience in estimating project hours and collaborating in a fast-paced environment
• Preferred experience with data center environments and power/lighting systems
