Job Summary

Seeking a full-time BIM Detailer - Plumbing, this position offers the potential for remote work for qualified candidates and focuses on generating mechanical pipe models, managing project updates, and collaborating with design teams to ensure accuracy in mechanical systems.

Key responsibilities:

• Generate mechanical pipe models based on project specifications and design drawings
• Manage updates to drawings, models, and specifications throughout the project lifecycle
• Collaborate with teams to identify and resolve construction errors due to design flaws

Required qualifications:

• 2-5 years of experience in mechanical piping or equivalent vocational training, or 5+ years of BIM experience with Revit and related software
• Ability to multi-task and work independently with minimal supervision
• Proficiency in following written and oral instructions and demonstrating problem-solving skills
• Adherence to company policies and procedures
• Availability to work assigned schedules
