BIM Detailer - Plumbing & Piping

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time BIM Detailer - Plumbing & Piping will generate mechanical pipe models, manage updates to drawings, and collaborate with design teams, with the potential for fully remote work for the right candidate.

Key responsibilities

• Generate mechanical pipe models using project specifications and design drawings
• Incorporate and manage updates to drawings, models, and specifications as projects progress
• Collaborate with the build and design team to identify and resolve construction errors

Required qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in mechanical piping and process pipe trade or 5+ years of BIM experience using Revit and Navisworks Manage
• Ability to multi-task and work with minimal supervision
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Adherence to company policies and procedures
• Availability to work assigned schedules
