BIM Detailer - Plumbing & Piping

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time BIM Detailer - Plumbing & Piping, who will utilize CAD and various software to model, coordinate, and prepare detailed drawings for mechanical systems, with the potential for remote work for the right experienced candidate.

Key responsibilities:

• Generate mechanical pipe models according to project specifications and design drawings
• Incorporate updates to drawings, models, and specifications as projects progress
• Collaborate with the design team to eliminate construction errors and manage project timelines

Required qualifications:

• 2-5 years of experience in mechanical piping and process pipe trade or 5+ years of BIM experience using Revit and CAD MEP
• Ability to multi-task and work with minimal supervision
• Familiarity with company policies and procedures
• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
• Prior military experience is a plus
