BIM Engineering Technician
Job Summary
Supporting Battery Energy Storage design, the full-time BIM Engineering Technician will provide technical 2D and 3D drafting support using Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD, ensuring accurate and timely project deliverables, with the option to work remotely from any location in the US or from designated office locations.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with engineers and designers to develop accurate 3D models of BESS design and equipment
- Complete design and construction drafting work, including plans, section views, and electrical schematics
- Ensure 3D models are up to date and comply with project deadlines and specifications
Required qualifications
- Two-year technical degree or current enrollment in Technical Drafting program
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of BESS electrical physical design is beneficial
