BIM Technician II

Job Summary

To support project teams remotely, the full-time BIM Technician II will utilize Revit to create and manage accurate models for low voltage systems design, collaborating with senior consultants and designers while adhering to BIM standards and execution plans.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with project teams to establish and revise construction drawings and documents from concept to completion
• Organize BIM project setup and maintain Revit models, ensuring adherence to architectural BIM execution plans and project standards
• Assist in clash detection and provide support for project scheduling, coordination, and administrative tasks

Required qualifications

• 4-7 years of Revit experience with proficiency in at least two low voltage disciplines
• Experience in generating Revit families and maintaining complex Revit models
• Familiarity with Navisworks 3D coordination software and working knowledge of MS Office and Bluebeam
• AA/BS degree in architecture, engineering, IT, or a related field preferred
• Demonstrated experience using AI and emerging technologies to enhance efficiency and collaboration
