BIM Technician II
Job Summary
Focused on enhancing project outcomes, the full-time BIM Technician II will collaborate with project teams to create and manage Revit models for low voltage systems design projects in a fully remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with project teams to establish and revise construction drawings and documents from concept to completion
- Organize BIM project setup, data sets, and workflow while adhering to BIM execution plans and project standards
- Assist in clash detection and maintain Revit libraries, ensuring quality assurance and project documentation
Required qualifications
- 4-7 years of experience with Revit and proficiency in at least two low voltage disciplines
- Experience generating Revit families and maintaining complex Revit models
- Familiarity with Navisworks 3D coordination software and knowledge of MS Office and Bluebeam
- AA/BS degree in architecture, engineering, IT, or a related field preferred
- Demonstrated experience using AI and automation to improve efficiency and collaboration
