BIM Technician II
Job Summary
To support a dynamic project team, the full-time BIM Technician II will utilize Revit to create and manage accurate models for low voltage systems design projects while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with project teams to establish and revise construction drawings and documents from concept to completion
- Organize BIM project setup, manage Revit models, and assist in clash detection of 3D models
- Provide support for project scheduling, coordination, and training of new designers and BIM technicians
Required qualifications
- 4-7 years of experience with Revit and proficiency in at least two low voltage disciplines
- Experience generating Revit families and maintaining complex Revit models
- Familiarity with Navisworks 3D coordination software
- AA/BS degree in architecture, engineering, IT, or a related field preferred
- Demonstrated experience using AI, automation, or data analytics to enhance workflows
