BIM Technician II

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the BIM Technician II will utilize Revit to support project teams by creating and managing accurate models, collaborating with senior staff, and ensuring adherence to BIM standards for low voltage systems design projects.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with project teams to establish and revise drawings and documents from concept to completion, ensuring compliance with BIM standards
• Facilitate the completion of construction drawings, including multiple views and detail drawings for various systems
• Organize BIM project setup and manage Revit model administration and maintenance, including clash detection and library management

Required qualifications

• 4-7 years of experience with Revit and proficiency in at least two low voltage disciplines
• Experience generating Revit families and maintaining complex Revit models
• Familiarity with Navisworks 3D coordination software and working knowledge of MS Office and Bluebeam
• AA/BS degree in architecture, engineering, IT, or a related field preferred
• Demonstrated experience using AI, automation, or emerging technologies to enhance workflow efficiency
