Job Summary
To support client projects, the full-time BIM/VDC Engineering Specialist will prepare detailed piping drawings, create BIM models, and ensure adherence to VDC standards while working remotely from anywhere in the United States.
Key responsibilities
- Create shop drawings for mechanical, civil, and structural systems on waterworks projects
- Complete drawings and maintain VDC standards, processes, and workflows
- Collaborate with internal and external customers to advance global BIM/VDC initiatives
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction science, architecture, or a related field with 2+ years of experience
- Proficiency in creating BIM/VDC models and familiarity with Revit software
- Experience in waterworks systems is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems and equipment
- Proficiency with Autodesk software and Microsoft Office programs
