Binding Operations Associate

Job Summary

Supporting the efficient functioning of binding operations, the full-time Binding Operations Associate will manage bind requests, validate application data, and ensure compliance with company policies while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and process bind requests for timely and accurate handling
• Partner with underwriters and agents to facilitate binding activities and resolve inquiries
• Manage assigned workload to meet service level expectations and implement process improvements

Required Qualifications

• Experience in insurance operations or underwriting support
• Exposure to transportation insurance or ability to learn quickly
• Experience in a centralized processing or shared services environment is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and focus on data accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Teams, and OneNote is helpful
