Binding Operations Coordinator

Job Summary

Supporting underwriting operations remotely, the full-time Binding Operations Coordinator will manage the accurate binding of insurance coverage within carrier systems, validate data, and facilitate endorsement processing while collaborating with underwriters and agents.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and process bind requests to ensure timely and accurate handling
• Partner with underwriters and agents to facilitate binding activities and respond to inquiries
• Manage assigned binding and endorsement workload to meet service level expectations

Required Qualifications

• Experience in insurance operations, underwriting support, or a related role
• Exposure to transportation insurance or ability to quickly learn transportation-specific workflows
• Experience in a centralized processing or shared services environment is a plus
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and quality control
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Teams, and OneNote is helpful
