Job Summary
Seeking a full-time remote Bioanalytical Proposal Manager, the successful candidate will manage the development of scientifically accurate proposals, collaborating with business development and operational teams to create compelling documents that meet client needs.
Key responsibilities
- Draft and shape proposals, RFP responses, and client-specific proposal text aligned with strategic discussions
- Collaborate with operational subject matter experts to ensure proposals are complete and robust
- Participate in client calls and support bid defense preparation and meetings
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Life Science, Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, Pharmacology, or a related STEM field
- Hands-on knowledge of bioanalytical processes and assay technologies
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Comfort in a fast-paced matrix organization with cross-cultural team collaboration experience
