Biomedical Software QA Coordinator

Job Summary

To support a mission-critical blood management system, the contract Software QA & Test Data Coordinator in the biomedical sector will manage test data creation, perform software validation, and resolve data-related issues while working remotely in an FDA-regulated environment.

Key responsibilities

• Create and manage test data to support software testing and user validation activities
• Analyze seed data requests and build accurate test records using JSON and XML
• Support software validation, regression testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) within a complex environment

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
• 5+ years of software QA and testing experience with complex enterprise applications
• Strong experience with JSON and XML data structures
• Proven troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills in software environments
• Experience in an FDA-regulated or highly regulated environment, with knowledge of validation and compliance requirements
