Job Summary
Driving revenue growth and strategic partnerships, the full-time remote Biometrics Strategy Director will manage business development initiatives across biometrics services, including biostatistics and data management, while serving as a trusted advisor to clients in the life sciences industry.
Key responsibilities
- Own and execute the biometrics business development strategy to achieve and exceed revenue targets
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, developing long-term strategic relationships
- Collaborate with internal teams to align biometrics offerings with market needs and monitor industry trends
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MS, PhD, MBA) preferred
- 5+ years of experience in data management, life sciences, and business development within pharma/biotech
- Demonstrated success in selling biometrics services and closing large, complex contracts
- Strong executive communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Existing network within biotech and pharmaceutical biometrics organizations preferred
