Job Summary
Supporting the CfOR organization, the full-time remote Biostatistical Programming Manager will manage an FSP-based programming team, coordinate workflows, and identify efficiency improvements while ensuring the accuracy and quality of biomedical data analyses.
Key responsibilities
- Lead an FSP-based programming team conducting analyses for the Data & Analytic Center
- Coordinate with functional leads to prioritize and manage workflow effectively
- Identify potential efficiency improvements and propose innovative solutions
Required qualifications
- Doctorate degree OR Master's degree with 2 years of experience OR Bachelor's degree with 4 years of experience OR Associate's degree with 8 years of experience OR High school diploma/GED with 10 years of experience
- Master's degree in Epidemiology, Biostatistics, or a related field with high statistical content preferred
- Minimum five years of SAS programming experience
- Experience with real-world healthcare data such as MarketScan, Optum, or Medicare databases
- Vendor relationship management or related experience with functional service providers
