Job Summary
Collaborating with cross-functional Development teams, the full-time salaried Associate Director of Biostatistics will contribute to trial design, protocol development, analysis planning, and regulatory submissions while managing multiple studies within a therapeutic area.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborates in the design of innovative clinical trials and contributes to project development strategy
- Independently authors and reviews statistical analysis plans, clinical study reports, and other related documents
- Provides statistical support for health authority requests and presents data analyses clearly and concisely
Required Qualifications
- PhD (6+ years' experience) or MS (8+ years' experience) in statistics, biostatistics, or a related scientific field
- Proficiency in scientific computing/programming (SAS, R, or Python) and advanced statistical analysis
- Expertise in statistical/clinical trials methodology and understanding of the regulatory landscape
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience in managing multiple work assignments
- People manager experience is preferred for those in a management role
