Job Summary

Seeking a motivated and consultative full-time Recruitment Consultant in Biotech, this remote position will manage the recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to consulting with clients on hiring decisions and maintaining strong relationships.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee the selection process, including candidate assessment, initial screenings, and interview facilitation
• Build and maintain a strong candidate network through market research and proactive recruitment strategies
• Consult with hiring managers on final selections and recruitment processes to ensure client satisfaction

Required qualifications:

• Proven experience in all aspects of recruiting, including competitive market research and passive sourcing
• Strong client focus with a commitment to continuous improvement and exceeding performance expectations
• Demonstrated ability to execute recruitment strategies and maintain a robust recruiting pipeline
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Office and experience with applicant tracking systems
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and embrace flexibility in a fast-paced environment
